Chloe Fremantle biography
(illustrator of Breath and Seasonal Yoga )
Chloe Fremantle was born in London and graduated from Byam Shaw School of Art. She lived in Florence Italy and New York and now lives in West London and is married to Peter Blegvad. They have a son and a daughter.
As well as pursuing her career in art, Chloe has also been teaching Yoga since 1987. She gives weekly and private classes, does guest workshops throughout the UK, and ran a Yoga Teacher Training Course in London from 2004-2005. The next YTTC is due to run in London from 2007-2008.

Commissions are undertaken, and have included large wall pieces for interiors, screens, hangings, scarves, ceramic designs, prints, posters, book illustration and rugs. Chloe has run art workshops for children, and been a visiting artist at Primary Schools.
BOOKS
In 1999 the Yoga Practise Handbook was published by Still Publishing, London, which she both wrote and mainly illustrated. She hopes it will act as an invaluable and easy-to-use book for the practising Yoga student and as an aid for teachers planning classes etc. It was re-edited in 2004.
In 2000 she illustrated Breath: the essence of yoga by Sandra Sabatini, published by Thorsens and reissued in 2007 by Pinter & Martin.
In 2004 she illustrated Seasonal Yoga by Sandra Sabatini, published by l’eta dell’Acquario in Italy and published by Pinter & Martin in 2007/8.
